Ulukshonov Sergei Sergeevich, born on February 28, 1992, citizen of Russia, resident of Krasnoyarsk, former student of the Krasnoyarsk technical school. On December 8, 2022, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 208 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for participation in an armed formation on the territory of a foreign state, not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation") to 4 years and 8 months in a strict regime penal colony. Deprived of liberty since April 8, 2022.
