Shchetkina Oksana Anatolyevna, born August 16, 1976, resident of Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai, founder and head of the Pyatigorsk branch of the Falun Dafa Association.
On November 27, 2024, she was sentenced under Part 3 of Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of a foreign or international non-governmental organisation whose activities are recognised as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation") to 2 years in a general regime penal colony.
Deprived of liberty since March 2024.
