On September 20, 2023, he was sentenced by the Simferopol District Court under Part 1 of Article 280.3 ("Discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation"), Part 1 of Article 228 ("Illegal acquisition, storage of narcotic substances") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 1 year and 6 months in a penal colony.
Presumably deprived of liberty since August 9, 2023.
