Rozhkov Aleksei Igorevich, born December 24, 1997, resident of Berezovsky, Sverdlovsk region, citizen of Russia, sales consultant at DNS store, musician, graffiti artist, anarchist.  Charged under Part 1 of Article 205 ("Terrorist act", as amended in 2016, liable to up to 15 years in prison), Part 2 of Article 205.2  ("Public justification of terrorism using the Internet", liable to up to 7 years in prison) and paragraphs "b" and "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 ("Dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the RF Armed Forces by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, motivated by political hatred or motivated by hatred towards a social group", liable to up to 10 years in prison) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for a combination of crimes he faces up to 22 years and 6 months in prison. Has been in custody since March 11, 2022, released on bail in early September 2022, in custody again since May 30, 2023.
