Pchelintsev Dmitry Dmitrievich

Pchelintsev Dmitry Dmitrievich, born May 14, 1992, is an anti-fascist and left-wing activist from Penza. Before his arrest, he worked as a shooting instructor in the veteran organisation of the Union of Russian Paratroopers. Sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime penal colony and 1.5 years of restricted freedom on charges of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 205.4 ("Creation of a terrorist community", liable to up to life imprisonment), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition", liable to up to 4 years of imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In custody since October 27, 2017. On April 27, 2021, the Supreme Court rejected the cassation appeal against the verdict.
