Palei Andrei Sergeevich, born on June 7, 1983, lived in Khabarovsk, worked as a director of a commercial company, supported two young children. On February 10, 2023, he was sentenced under paragraphs "a", "g", "z", "k" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of two persons committed by an organized group, for hire, with the purpose of concealing another crime") to 17 years in a strict regime prison.
Deprived of liberty since November 18, 2019.
