Nepein Oleg Nikolaevich

Nepein Oleg Nikolaevich, born October 15, 1955, lived in the village of Khoperskoye, Balashovsky District, Saratov Oblast. Deputy of the Council of the Khoperskoye Municipal Formation of the Balashovsky District from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. He is married and has a minor child in his care.

He was released from criminal liability for committing a crime under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation based on political hatred and enmity", liable to up to 10 years in prison), and sent for compulsory treatment.

Deprived of liberty since May 5, 2023.
