Kantimirov Eldar Shkurievich, born July 10, 1980. Resident of Alushta. Citizen of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. He taught Arabic at a mosque. Eldar has a secondary education. Married, has four young children.
Under Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 30, Article 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for 1 year after release.
In custody since June 10, 2019.
