Ibragimov Ismet Tairovich, born January 25, 1988 in Krasnodar Krai. He is married and has three young children. He lived in Crimea before his arrest.
He was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 30 of Article 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure or retention of power") of the Russian Criminal Code to 19 years in a strict regime penal colony, including 5 years in prison, and 2 years of restricted freedom after serving his sentence. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
He was arrested on July 7, 2020 and taken into custody on July 8, 2020.
