Khalikov Rustam Osmanovich, born June 7, 1977 in the Chelyabinsk Oblast, received higher education, single, has a minor child in his care, no previous convictions. On May 27, 2021, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 ("Involvement in terrorist activity") of the Russian Criminal Code to 12 years of imprisonment, of which 4 years in prison, the rest in a strict regime colony. He was detained on November 26, 2019, and is currently being held in custody in Chelyabinsk.
