On July 3, 2023, he was sentenced under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("A terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") to 13 years of imprisonment with the first 5 years to be served in prison, the remainder of the term in a strict regime colony, as well as 1 year and 6 months of restricted freedom after release.
Deprived of liberty since May 16, 2022.
