Sentenced to 8 years 9 months of strict regime with 1 year of restricted freedom after the imprisonment under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 2 of Article 35, Part 1 of Article 30 of Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power by an organised group by prior conspiracy").
He was in custody since May 12, 2016. On February 11, 2025, he was released after serving his sentence.
