Abdullaev Zavur Abibullaevich, born April 9, 1973, resident of the village of Kholmovka, Bakhchisaray district of the Republic of Crimea, dual citizen of the Russian Federation and of Ukraine. Married. Recently worked as a barbecue cook.
On charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years in prison) and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power", liable to up to 10 years in prison), sentenced to 12 years in prison with the first 4 years to be served in prison and 1 year of restricted freedom after release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
He has been in custody since August 17, 2021.
